Casette

Casette is used as bedding for Die Ring and Bolster. This material has to have a good quality. Bronze bushing must be carried out to prevent corrosion forming due to friction in cassette system. The material to be used must have high toughness and mustn’t deform.An independent part that is to be placed between container and die ring opening of cassette reduces revision costs due to corrosion and deformation.
